Separates solids in wastewater by gravity and prevents agitation of excess sludge in the Sedimentation & Separation Chamber by influent.
Removes solid debris or impurities from influent and circulated water, storing sediments in the chamber. Accumulated sludge should be desludged periodically (every 6–12 months).
Filled with filter materials to separate solids and retain anaerobic microorganisms, which decompose organic matter.
Contains mesh cylindrical media that retain aerobic microorganisms to further decompose and remove organic matter from wastewater.
Separates excess sludge (suspended solids) by gravity to obtain clear treated water. Settled sludge is returned to the sedimentation & separation chamber by an airlift pump.
